    Will air conditioning solve my humidity problem?
    Not reliably. Air conditioning controls temperature and removes some moisture incidentally, but it does not hold humidity to a target. Where humidity is the actual problem, it needs dedicated equipment.
    Which is better, refrigerant or desiccant?
    Neither is better in general. Refrigerant is efficient at normal temperatures. Desiccant works at low temperatures and reaches lower humidity. Cold storage and low-humidity process areas need desiccant; most warehouses do not.
    What humidity should an indoor pool be kept at?
    Most indoor pool halls are held between 50% and 60% RH. Lower wastes energy and makes swimmers feel cold; higher causes condensation, mould and roof damage. At Hilton Garden Inn, Al Khobar, we brought the pool room to 50–60% RH with a single 240 L/day floor-standing unit.
    What information do you need to size a dehumidifier?
    The room dimensions, what the space is used for, the current temperature and humidity, the humidity you want, and any existing AC or fresh-air system. For pools we also ask for the water area and temperature. Photos help. If you do not have all of it, send what you have and we will ask for the rest.
    Why does my cold store fog up when the doors open?
    Warm humid air entering a cold space condenses immediately. It is the classic cold-store dehumidification problem, and it is solved with desiccant equipment sized for the door-opening rate.
    Can you control humidity in a warehouse with frequent door openings?
    Yes, but infiltration has to be in the calculation. A unit sized for a sealed space will not hold the target in a building with constant loading-bay activity.
    Do you supply for pharmaceutical facilities with documented requirements?
    Yes. Tell us the specified range and tolerance and we will specify against it.
    Do you only supply, or do you install as well?
    Both. We supply, install, duct and commission the units, then support them with spare parts and after-sales service in Saudi Arabia.
    What warranty do you give?
    A one-year equipment warranty, plus a humidity performance guarantee based on the project requirements and operating conditions we agree with you.
